As the Vice President for 学生事务 和 Enrollment Man年龄ment, 我是 happy you joined the Gamecock family. Jax State is committed to helping students achieve their goals in the classroom 和 beyond. We want to let you know about services provided by the Office for 学生事务 和 Enrollment Man年龄ment that can help you get started.

的 Office of 招生 supports Future Gamecocks through the enrollment process 和 will help you find your place on campus. 的 Financial 援助 Office  will assist you with grants, loans, scholarships 和 more.  Are you 军事 or a Post-Traditional student?  军事 & Post Traditional Student Services will assist you if you are not sure what resources you need.  的y are committed to assisting you while you are pursuing your academic, 个人, professional goals here at Jax State. 

Students who fully immerse themselves in college are more likely to be successful academically, socially 和 个人ly.  的 Dean of Students Office oversees more than 100 student organizations 和 multiple outlets geared towards your involvement including the Student Government Association, 联谊会 & 女生联谊会的生活 和 programs that support 个人 和 professional development. I also encour年龄 students to live on campus. Connected students are more likely to be successful, so be sure to check out residence living options through University Housing & 居住生活.

I urge first-year students to stay active through University Recreation’s programs 和 services. 通过UREC, students can participate in fitness programs such as Zumba, 英镑, 和瑜伽, compete in competitive sports such as flag football, 足球, 和篮球! Also available at the Recreation 和 Fitness Center is a rock-climbing wall, indoor 和 outdoor pool, 社会空间, 以及室内田径.

We are prepared to help you through your Jax State experience, we offer several services 和 programs that may be beneficial to you. Counseling Services offers free sessions in either one on one or group formats.
